This report looks at the findings from BigHand’s Global Support Staff Survey and reveals key trends in the way that attorneys and legal support staff are working together. In addition to exploring current operating models, with insight into how firms are organizing their back office support services, the research also identifies areas in which improvements can be made. Highlights include the way in which tasks are being allocated (believe it or not, the Post-it note is still alive and kicking!); the continued need for work to be transferred between back office functions on a daily basis, and opportunities for better collaborative working across support services teams globally.
