The research, which was conducted by legal management consulting firm, Altman Weil, gathered data from legal operations executives to understand how they’re managing administration work in their back office.

The survey uncovered a major disconnect from the desire firms have to be more efficient, and the data they have available to be able to make fact-based decisions about support staffing and resource management. During the session, Altman Weil Principle, Eric Seeger joins BigHand North America President, Eric Wangler, to review and discuss the survey findings.
