CHICAGO, IL - The results of the ILTA 2016 Technology Survey were released on Friday, December 16, and BigHand has claimed the top spot for digital dictation products.
With a 27% response rate for the question, “If your firm uses a digital dictation product, which products does your firm use?”, BigHand finished in the number one position in the category for the first time. In addition, BigHand is the only company in this category to show consistent growth for the last four years, growing from 16% in 2013 to 27% in 2016.
Eric Wangler, President, BigHand North America comments, “We are very proud of our growth in the digital dictation category. We believe our continued success is due to both the strength of our products and their constant development, as well as the quality of support that we offer our clients. As we continue to evolve our workflow platform to handle voice and other tasks, and continue to enhance our document creation suite of products, we trust that these fundamentals will continue to breed success for the company and our clients. All of this success revolves around the quality and commitment of our global BigHand team.”
