BigHand Conference Goes Bigger and Better Uniting Hundreds in the Legal Tech Community


Over 300 legal tech professionals came together for BigHand’s 17th annual conference in London yesterday for a jam-packed agenda of industry insights and networking. The event attracted a range of expertise across law firm operations, finance and pricing, to resource management and secretarial leads, as well as a range of vendors and consultants.

The latest versions of BigHand's complete product range were showcased, including its AI and data platform strategies, highlighting how each solution works to support lawyers and clients with value-add data throughout the matter lifecycle.  

A dynamic array of current topics and leadership issues impacting the legal market were explored throughout the day. There was overall agreement that there has never been a more change-inspiring time to work in legal-tech with the proliferation of advanced technologies and AI, and the need to support lawyers who have to prioritize client satisfaction, business development and profitability like never before.  

Sharing real-life transformation experiences and insights were a total of 57 speakers including leaders from firms such as Addleshaw Goddard, Dentons, Womble Bond Dickinson and Norton Rose Fulbright. Joining BigHand’s law firm clients were more industry experts compared to previous years, including Janice D’Costa, Legal Operations Manager at Meta, Sandie Craciun, Director at Konsept Services, Justin North, Consultant at Pickering Pearce, Kevin Hogarth, Principal Consultant at PSFI and Chris Ryan, Chief Growth Officer at Harbor. 

The day was kicked off with keynote speaker and best-selling author, Paul McGee, an expert in human behavior and performance, who shared advice on performing under pressure in the workplace and how to inspire others as a leader.
