Why did you choose BigHand?

So our product was coming to the end of its contract, and the vendor itself was in Canada. One of the big things was the maintenance of it was all solely done by them, so with BigHand Document Creation we could take some of the designing, the creativity, the maintenance, we could take on for ourselves. And we were in the same time zone.

How do you like the features and functionality of BigHand Document Creation?

The ribbon is spot on. It gives us everything we need. We've got some add-in content, and because we've got the kind of like creative control we can have what we want on it and what's relevant for us as a firm. 

What advice do you have for other firms?

To any firms that aren't using the template solution, they're definitely missing a trick. Having everything in one place and being able to maintain it and get it out to all of the users - it makes a difference with consistency and staying on brand, availability, visibility. Just having the support there, and knowing that you've got kind of key contacts that you can get in touch with, and you can build a really good relationship with them as well - having them on board and having the same vision.
