Why did you choose BigHand?

I think for us as a firm, it was BigHand or manual processes. BigHand is really easy to use, really user friendly and straightforward. It gives us what we want without having to do too much.

I don't think there's anything else like it out there at the moment, certainly not what I've found. However, it's that [BigHand Workflow Management], or like I said, all manual processes - timesheets, recording data manually, that takes days.

One of my team, it can take them two full days to put together stats, whereas in BigHand it's already there and I can just pull off a report. So that's that's the reason and the motivation behind why I keep going with it.

 

What has been your experience with BigHand during implementation?

You build a good relationship with the person that's assigned to you. Speak to them regularly, weekly. In fact, we spoke every Friday morning at half past nine and talked about what happened that week about how far along I was with the launch and the process.

We built a close working relationship. They really understand my role and what I'm trying to achieve, and help me find solutions to any problems that I was facing with the launch. They've been really helpful, and it is important. I felt very supported.

 

What has the data BigHand has surfaced shown you?

What surprised us from the data is there's not as much printing going through as we thought there would be. It's more scanning. So we need to understand, are the CSAs doing the printing themselves, or is it just that we're becoming more paper free, and people aren't printing as much anymore? That's been one of the biggest takeaways so far.
