BigHand, a leading technology company, has been selected by Bradford & Barthel as their digital dictation and workflow solution. The firm is in the process of rolling out the latest version of BigHand in all of their 13 California offices, as part of a larger initiative to revamp their processes to achieve greater efficiency and productivity.

Previously, the firm was relying on outsourcing for managing attorney dictations and transcriptions. They found this method to be inefficient and not cost-effective.
