“Insight to Action” is the theme for this year’s event. It draws on the insight provided by the BigHand solutions to inspire data-driven action in Legal and Healthcare organisations. By harnessing the power of data and historical insights, BigHand clients are able to make informed business decisions to accelerate growth in the future.

With this in mind, the agenda will address how best to optimise your support teams and maximise bottom-line profitability, whilst offering advice and support on how best to achieve back-office operational excellence. As always, there will be plenty of real-life user stories covering a range of topics, from getting the basics right and how best to assess the current status-quo, through to successful implementation and user adoption stories.

Back by popular demand, the event will also include some usual sessions including BigHand’s upcoming roadmap, the ‘dev bar’; a one-stop-shop for any product-related questions, and the afternoon breakout sessions, all of which are tailored to specific business roles.
