The events, which continue to grow year on year, are an opportunity for clients and prospects to hear from other clients regarding their experiences of using BigHand technology.
This year, the agenda included a customer panel session on how best to drive operational efficiency, the panel was made up of Tara Layman, National PA Services Manager at Pinsent Masons; Dawn Turner, Head of Legal Support at Taylor Wessing; Louise McCarthy-Teague, Human Resources Director at BLM and Jennifer Morrissey, Project Lead for the Business Improvement Project at BLM.
Ben Mills, Managing Director at BigHand, says: “The BigHand User Conference brings together the best of the best and this year we were very lucky to be joined on stage by a large number of BigHand clients who spoke candidly about their experiences of running operational improvement and support restructure projects. One of my personal highlights from the day was hearing from our entertaining keynote speaker Ellis Watson, a man who hits the nail on the head every time and says it like it is!”
The event was co-hosted by Briana McCrory, Group Marketing Director at BigHand, who explained the idea for this year’s theme of ‘It’s all about You’. “This year, we wanted to put the focus back on our customers, essentially turning it from our event to their day. Our product development comes directly from client feedback and the user conference is a fantastic day to hear first-hand how people are using our technology and for firms to share their stories and lessons learnt."
BigHand will shortly be releasing dates for a series of lunch briefings across five cities in the UK and Ireland to demonstrate the products shown at the conference for those who couldn’t attend on the day. For further information, please contact BigHand.
