What value will the BigHand Aderant partnership bring to the industry?

I think for us, both Aderant and BigHand are key partners for Ward Hadaway as a business. Knowing that both of those organizations can work together, can integrate correctly together, and if anything was to go wrong, that nobody's going to be having a blame culture pointing at each other, pointing in different directions.

So having that that tie in between the two, that is positive, and knowing that we'll get the right result for the businesses is key to us.

What has the data from BigHand and Aderant solutions provided for your firm?

So for us, having Aderant integrated directly into the BigHand Business Intelligence product means that the automation behind that, the data being readily available overnight, having fee earners be able to interrogate that data as soon as they come in, they know that it's only 24 hours out of date, it's up to date, it's relevant, and they can use it immediately. Having that partnership between the two businesses means that they can form great decisions and move the business forward.
