BigHand and Kraft Kennedy announce their partnership at the ALA Annual Meeting in Nashville, TN.

BigHand, a leading provider of productivity software solutions for law firms, and Kraft Kennedy, a multidisciplinary consulting firm with expertise in technology and management consulting have signed a partnership agreement. This partnership gives Kraft Kennedy the ability to market BigHand to the legal market in the US.

BigHand offers a voice productivity software designed for any size law firm from the solo practitioner up to firms with thousands of attorneys. BigHand is available as a cloud-based solution as well as an enterprise software version for installation on a firm’s server, behind the firewall.

BigHand’s voice productivity solution enables dictation from a PC or laptop, smartphone or tablet, or any digital dictation device, and offers an optional speech recognition module. In addition, BigHand has been working on a new workflow management solution, BigHand Workflow Management, which gives firms the ability to delegate and manage virtually any task via the BigHand workflow. Firms can enable improved staff collaboration by digitizing and managing tasks from document productions or word processing to travel requests and room bookings. This allows greater visibility over workloads and processes as well as greater efficiency through prioritization and intelligent routing. BigHand will be demonstrating this new workflow tool at the annual ALA Meeting in Nashville.
