We introduced the template system [BigHand Document Creation] five years ago and dictation six years ago. The benefit of them, for us, is the template system is standardization. Couple of clicks and then the documents on to being created and worked on for dictation. It gives that the ease of dictating on the go with the EA team transcribing when the dictation comes through.
It's important, really important. We again, integration is the key word here. We need to have the services integrated for the user experience.
The BigHand ribbon is excellent. It's got all the Net Doc features for opening up documents, saving documents, as well as some Word features. It's one stop shop. It just works for us.
We found the rollout to be smooth and slick. Although we were one of the first companies to integrate BigHand in Net Docs, the BigHand team were excellent in supporting our journey.
