With BigHand’s technology, DACB will be able to work smarter in a number of ways. The core Digital Dictation technology will allow fee earners to specify which team should complete each new task, and when, with task priority and due by date functionality. Fee earners will be able to send Dictations to the BigHand Speech Recognition platform for automatic transcription, saving hours of valuable secretarial time and freeing them up to focus on higher value tasks. Additionally, with BigHand Speech Recognition, file-notes and client correspondence letters can be transcribed automatically and will only need proof-reading before being approved saved or send out to the client.
